This is the story of a boy who refused to be a prisoner at work, and started building games that monetize well enough to buy true freedom.

Hi, I'm Nestor Sánchez, CEO of The Game Chan, and I'd like to send you a personal message before we meet! The Game Chan is not just another of those soulless VAS agencies churning out services like popcorn. We strive to build highly niche-focused products within the gaming vertical that our users, clients, & devs enjoy. Our main services are providing unique HTML5 and Android products, and building custom-made portals and apps to be monetized with DCB. Nice to meet you! Wanna talk? Hit the button below:

THE EVOLUTION:
17 YEARS IN THE VAS TRENCHES

We didn't pop up yesterday. We have survived every industry shift: booms, crises, regulations, market expansions, and closures. We evolved with the trends, mastering the mobile market for almost two decades. Today, the market demands high-quality, zero-friction, exclusive niche-focused products. And that's exactly what we build. This is the story of how we get here:

The Origin

|

Corporate Mobile Video Job

2010 - 2015 - Barcelona

I studied Film to tell stories, but graduated straight into the brutal 2010 economic crash. I pivoted to VAS, climbing from intern to Head of Product, creating impactful and highly profitable video packages. The result? Great products, but unbearable corporate repetition and way too many bosses. It was time to break the wheel.

Going Rogue

|

Xemob Labs Era

2015 - 2023 - Barcelona - Remote

Launched my own agency in Spain, licensing premium content, videos, apps, and games for global giants like Digital Virgo, Mondia, Buongiorno, and Zed Group. Built a flawlessly remote, highly profitable infrastructure that allowed me to run global operations while traveling across Asia. No shiny offices, but elite team execution. Remote before the remote era.

The Estonian Pivot

|

Game Change Publisher OÜ

2023 – 2026 - Malaysia

Relocated permanently to Malaysia and built a small team of techs that could handle a rocket launch. Incorporated in Estonia to escape slow bureaucracy. Started as a mobile game publisher, we focused entirely on the distribution of Android and HTML5 games, gradually combining the tasks of a development studio with those of a publisher. But we still had a boring brand, a standard sales process, and were tied to a location. It was time to go rogue again.

You’ve reached the end of the website…

FINAL BOSS: THE FOOTER

This is the Plain Text Zone

Wow. You actually made it to the very bottom. Hats off, and many, many thanks for taking the time to do it.

On the other hand, being here means you deliberately scrolled past like four glowing “Start Your Project” buttons, ignored the “Let’s Talk” CTAs, and survived the blatant sales text created with the ultimate objective of luring your money into our pockets. Yet, you’re still here just to see what was hiding down in the dark.

Well, welcome to the plain text zone. We spent many weeks working late hours and put all our coffee-fueled energy into creating those insane manga graphics up there, but you’re still looking for a lost clue down here? What are you looking for? A free gift? Keep reading. I want you to know we did our best above, but you expect us to win you over in the remaining 2,893 bytes. Are you a picky client, or did you just come here looking for fun?

Since it looks like you don’t want to leave, let me speak freely: we don’t believe in infinite scrolling, endless funnels, or corporate fluff. We believe in high-quality execution, ruthless brevity, and respecting the absolute economy of our clients’ time and budget. We build the product. You bring the local expertise. Let’s find the next big hit and market it together.

On second thought, time is even more valuable than money. Our time on Earth is very finite, while the amount of money in the world grows and grows every second. We’ve spent far too much time working on this website, so we need to start wrapping it up. We’ve already worked our asses off pulling free extra hours just to build this site and keep you entertained. If you want to keep having this much fun, it’s time to actually cooperate. We promise we don’t do nonsense. We only build highly profitable, flawless digital products for partners who are well-connected to their local mobile operators.

But hey, we respect the dedication of a true scroller, a maniacal dopamine seeker, an OCD reader, or an ultra-perfectionist employee. Prove you made it to the finish line: email us right now with the exact subject line: “I survived the Final Boss of footers”. If you do, we’ll personally hand you a free, limited-edition Game Chan T-shirt and a coffee mug. We remember the people who pay attention to the fine print.

Congratulations. You've officially run out of website. It's time to talk business.

There is literally nothing else below this except the last frontier of the website. This chapter ends, but we can write the next one together. Let’s build something epic. Write us an email at info@thegamechan.com and let’s try to convince the boss that the marketing guy is worth it. Please, please, please.

And if you liked reading this footer, wait until you see the footer on our invoices. We write funny notes on those too, but that’s strictly reserved for clients. Go on, write an email to info@thegamechan.com and leave behind those boring, soulless, cookie-cutter agencies, game developers, and content creators flooding the market.

(Seriously, just send the email. If you won't do it for your business, do it for our mascot. He hasn't slept in days. I mean it, look at him. Have a heart. Buy him a Ramen. info@thegamechan.com)
